海外售后项目经理-欧洲区域

岗位职责Responsibility:

1. 负责海外项目现场问题客户端沟通反馈，内部问题跟进处理；

1. Responsible for communicating and feedbacking with clients regarding on-site issues of overseas projects, and following up and handling internal problems;

2. 负责第三方供应商资源池管理，工单派单及闭环管理，远程支持培训第三方工程师；

2. Responsible for managing the resource pool of third-party suppliers, assigning work orders and conducting closed-loop management, and providing remote support and training for third-party engineers;

3. 参与质保延保条款评审，商务端售后合同条款把控；

3. Participate in the review of warranty and extended warranty terms, and control the terms of after-sales contracts at the business end.

任职要求 Requirement:

1.有储能或可再生能源相关行业的工作背景优先,理工类工作及学习经历,5年以上工作经验。母语汉语，有流利的英文交流能力。

1. Working experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry is preferred, work and study experience inscience and engineering fields, over 5 Years Working Experience; Mother tongue: Chinese Fluent oral english .communication.

2.现场项目管理技能，客户问题内外沟通协调统筹技能。 熟练使用office，有一定的数据分析能力。

3. 能适应频繁出差, OSHA NFPA First Aid 持有本土电工证人员优先 Able to adapt to frequent business trips. Personnel with local electrician certificates are preferred.
